GRANTS

Variety WA is the Children's Charity that, through our grants program, assist children aged 0 - 18 years growing up with disability, serious illness or are disadvantaged.  Variety WA purchase the equipment or services directly  so you can be sure every dollar gets through to where it is needed most.

Thanks to the efforts of all our volunteers and sponsors, 100% of every tax deductible donation made to Variety WA goes directly to sick, disadvantaged and special needs kids.

In the Midwest alone over $150,000 worth of grant applications are approved every year to assist with the unmet needs of those who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs.  Our grant funds support projects both large and small, for individuals and organisations with room renovations, computers, toys for special needs children, pushbikes that have a cage for wheelchairs. These are just a few of the grants that have been approved over the past 12 months. 

Also through our Grants Program the Midwest have been able to provide a Christmas Party for the  disadvantaged and speical needs children from throughout the Midwest Region. This event involves all the familiy in a morning of fun and festivity.
